The Student Success and Operations Officer at 9jacodekids Academy plays a dual role, combining educational support with operational management. They are responsible for ensuring student success through certificate management, parent communication, and class coordination while also handling vital operational tasks including data entry and financial record-keeping.
This role serves as a key point of contact for students, parents, and instructors across various platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone), while maintaining accurate student records and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in both customer service and administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of our online coding academy for children aged 6-16.
